Modular caliper type electric brakes used for unwind tensioning
Torque varies by disc diameter – available in 10", 13", 15" and 20" diameters – and by changing the number of magnets on the friction disc(s). MTB Brakes offer torque ranges up to 1,120 lbs. per ft. These brakes are easily rebuildable by changing out friction pads and armature discs.
