The FED-US brakes are drum brakes which operate on safety.
The braking torque is obtained by spring action: braking torque adjustment is performed
by setting the spring length.
These brakes are released by mean of their electrohydraulic thruster supplied with
alternative current.
The FED-US brakes are compliant with AISE N°11 standard.
They are associated with drum diameters from 10 to 30 inches.
